Brad is prompt, very personable, and efficient. We had an on/off leak in the kitchen which he diagnosed within a minute, tested, proved and fixed. He made sure we understood what had happened and how he had fixed, which he triple tested. Also showed him a problematic faucet in a bathroom… He sourced a new faucet, quoted us a fairy installation price, and installed next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.
